Best practices when buying or selling.

Buying

• Always carefully inspect photos or videos and ask a seller any questions before buying.
• Send the seller a private message when you are ready to make your purchase. Do not post personal or sensitive information on the public forms.
• Request an invoice detailing what you will be purchasing. PayPal is usually ideal.
• Do not send payments via ‘Friends and Family’, that is not covered by PayPal in the event something were to happen with the transaction.
• Always request a tracking number for your package.

Selling

• Do not send your item before receiving payment from the buyer.
• Always send an invoice to your buyer after agreeing to a transaction. PayPal is usually ideal.
• Always confirm with the buyer that their shipping address is correct.
• Always ship your packages with a tracking number.
• Shipping your package with insurance is advised. Things happen and insurance will cover any loss or damage.
• Always post photos or videos of your item(s) for sale, be descriptive about what you are selling and how much you are asking.
